Zone 2 ATEX-approved, the battery-powered SentryGSM2E provides a reliable, low cost solution for a wide range of remote monitoring, metering and alarm messaging applications.
Various sensors, gauges, meters and equipment can be connected by hard wire utilising a Zone 0 protective interface for explosive atmospheres. Alarms, data or action messages can be sent to multiple recipients via SMS or GPRS.
Sentry Telemetry's Windows-based software provides remote configuration of all variables, message recipients' etc.
Batteries and SIM card are included and the unit is factory tested with a magnetic key fob for activation when installed.

- What is the maximum message length? – Up to 150 characters per message that can be a combination of serial numbers, process parameter, alarm/fault text etc.
- Is it simple to install? - Yes; the device comes pre-fitted with battery and SIM card and is then factory tested. Once installed with sensor, a handheld magnetic key fob activates the unit and sends the first data message to the host PC where the communication can be checked.
